What we collect

• Delivering commissioned visualization work (contract)

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact unless a contract requires longer. Contract and invoice records are retained for six years to meet UK accounting rules. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s configured period (see Cookies).

Who we share with

We use hosting and email providers acting as processors under written terms. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection in certain cases. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
