What changes the estimate
- Number of banners, stores, or digital channels in scope

- Travel outside Greater London (quoted separately at cost)
How payment works
We invoice a 40% booking deposit to reserve the start week, with the balance due on delivery of the final poster pack. Health checks are invoiced in full after the session. See our refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
Retainer note
Some clients ask for a quarterly redraw of the same funnel after trading peaks. We quote retainers individually once the first full review is complete — typically a lighter refresh rather than a new discovery.
